Complains !~

Can anyone tell me how to be a lucky person ???

Recently really happened alot of bad things. especially one...
I was at Katong Bak Kut teh , ok i dint know it was a private carpark because it dont seems to be a private one, ok nvm...next scene when i came back , my car was wheel clamped ! and the uncle's attitude is damn fuck up ! He insist me pay 100 dollar to release it.
And next scene after he release it, i realised my rim was scratch . And the attitude problem uncle denied it. even asked us to call management when the piece of paper he gave us dont have a number.
What kind of management is this ?!
I'm really tired of my rotton luck recently. this is just one example out of hundreds everyday !~
